Storage

Unopened products should not be exposed to direct sunlight and should be stored in a cool, dry place. Please note that crystals may form at temperatures below 4 degrees Celsius. These will dissolve again at room temperature after a few minutes. It is recommended to shake the bottle briefly before consumption. The product should be kept out of reach of small children. Once opened, the bottle should be consumed within 45 days and stored in the fridge. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Dosage

The recommended daily dose is 1 teaspoon. For optimal absorption by the body, it is recommended to take the oil with (or immediately after) a meal. At the recommended dose, the bottle will last for 25 days. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded unless your doctor advises otherwise.
