Delivery and shipping

The shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs. The loading fees are fixed, but transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several items in one order. We cannot combine two different orders and the shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your package is shipped at your risk, but fragile goods are handled with extra care.

The shipping boxes are cut wide and your goods are packed well protected.

Delivery takes place within Germany and EU member states.


Deliveries within Germany:

The shipping costs may vary. You will receive the current shipping costs in the respective products in the shopping cart.

From an order value of 100,00 € we deliver online orders from Germany free of shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the shipping weight:

over 500 gr. up to 1000 gr. 10,50 €
over 1 kg up to 4 kg 19,00 €
over 4 kg up to 7 kg 19,00 €
over 7 kg up to 10 kg 19,00 €
over 10 kg up to 15 kg 23,00 €

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 - 3 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you.

In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Shipping packaging

Packages are usually delivered 2 days after receipt of payment with DHL with tracking option of your order and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive a UPS shipment by registered mail, additional costs will apply. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method. We will send you an order tracking link regardless of which delivery method you choose.
