General Terms and Conditions
1. conclusion of the contract
With your order you submit a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. We can accept this offer by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail or by delivering the ordered goods. You will first receive confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided (order confirmation). However, a purchase contract is only concluded when our order confirmation is sent to you by e-mail or when the ordered goods are delivered. When ordering via our online store, the ordering process comprises various steps. In the first step, you select the desired goods. In the second step, you enter your customer details including your billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address. In the third step, you choose how you would like to pay. In the last step, you have the opportunity to check all the details (e.g. name, address, payment method, items ordered) once again and correct them if necessary before you send us your order by clicking on 'Send order'.
a) Consent to a subscription
Some of our products can be purchased as part of a bundle or as a subscription, whereby optimized conditions are granted. A subscription is designed as a recurring process and usually requires a minimum of two consecutive purchases. If a customer cancels a purchase sequence prematurely and has only made one purchase, we reserve the right to invoice the discounted difference. We inform our customers transparently about any costs incurred in the event of premature termination of a subscription.
2. storage of the contract text
We store the contract text of your order. You can print this out before sending your order to us by clicking on "Print" in the last step of the order process. We will also send you an order confirmation as well as an order confirmation with all order data and our General Terms and Conditions to the e-mail address you have provided.
3. retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until all claims have been paid in full.
4. prices, shipping costs, return costs in case of revocation
a) All prices quoted are inclusive of the applicable statutory VAT (currently 19 or 7 percent) excluding the costs of packaging and shipping at the time of ordering.
b) Unless otherwise stated, the costs for packaging and shipping (shipping costs) of the delivery will be charged separately. The amount of the packaging and shipping costs are summarized on the information page "Delivery and Shipping".
c) All prices quoted, including for packaging and shipping, are only valid at the time of ordering. With changes and updates to the website, all previous prices and other information about goods become invalid. The version valid at the time of the order is decisive.
d) The return costs are to be borne by the buyer - parcels sent carriage forward will not be accepted.
e) All water products, filters and food supplements are hygiene articles. Returns are excluded if the device has been filled with water and has been in use.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT.
The shipping costs for a standard parcel for Germany are €4.06.
Cash service/cash on delivery in the amount of 6.50 €, which we will invoice to you

6. terms of payment for orders within Germany
Payment can be made by cash, PayPal, cash on delivery or prepayment.
Please be sure to include your customer number on the bank transfer. If you choose to pay in advance, we will give you the bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 10 days.
Cash on delivery: Not offered
By PayPal: Payment by PayPal is convenient and secure. You can also use PayPal with us and pay easily. As you know, PayPal customers benefit from the secure PayPal buyer protection.
Collection of goods from our office: You are welcome to collect the product in return for cash payment during our business hours We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.
7. warranty
The warranty is governed by the statutory provisions. If used goods are the subject of the purchase contract and the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of used goods is one year.

9. applicable law
German law shall apply exclusively. This choice of law only applies to a consumer insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the country in which the consumer is domiciled or habitually resident.
