Loyalty discount - replacement of your defective carafe

As a small thank you for your loyalty - do you have a defective carafe?

We will exchange your old, defective carafe - you only pay the shipping*

No matter which ionizer and manufacturer you have. We will also replace a third-party manufacturer.

How does it work?

- You have purchased at least one Valeacell filter from us in the past
- You send us at least 1 picture within 10 days which clearly shows that your carafe (carafe container) is defective or leaking.

One carafe is provided per customer.

*A complete exchange of a carafe will only take place if it can be proven by pictures that the carafe is leaking or e.g. the handle is broken off. Otherwise we reserve the right to send only the appropriate spare parts to restore a carafe to a fully functional condition. Counters are spare parts and can be ordered individually under the following link
