Installing our reverse osmosis systems (such as the W12 or W23) can be done yourself if you are reasonably handy, using the supplied connection materials and the illustrated assembly instructions. The connection is usually made to the cold water pipe under the sink and to a power socket. If you are unsure, we recommend having it installed by a qualified fitter.
