Instructions for deleting your user data
If you have registered with Valeacell via Facebook or another
social login service and would like us to delete your
personal data, you have two
options:
1. Delete your data yourself via your customer account
- Log in at valeacell.com/mein-konto
- Select ‘Delete account’ in your account settings
- Confirm the deletion via email
2. Deletion upon request
Send an informal email with the subject line ‘Data deletion’
Please provide the email address you used to register with us.
What data will be deleted?
Name, email address, order history (where permitted by law),
social media login links (Facebook ID, Google ID), address details,
saved payment preferences.
Timeframe
We will confirm your request within 72 hours and delete
the data within 30 days. Statutory retention obligations
(e.g. invoices under Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO)) remain unaffected — this data
will be deleted automatically once the retention period has expired.
