How does the manufacturer's warranty work for the AURA reverse osmosis system? If the unit fails within the first 2 years for no apparent reason, what happens: repair or replacement?
If a defect occurs within the first 2 years, the statutory warranty applies. If the fault arises through no fault of your own, the unit will first be repaired. Should a repair not be possible or be disproportionate, it will be replaced.
The process is as follows: simply contact us with a brief description of the fault and your order number. We will then arrange all further steps (repair or replacement) for you.
