📋 It’s that simple:

1) Prerequisite:
You have previously purchased at least one Valeacell filter from us
2) Send a photo:
Within 10 days, please send us at least one photo clearly showing that your carafe is faulty or leaking
3) Get in touch:
Please send your photos via our contact form. Go to the contact form

Important notes:

  • One carafe is provided per customer
  • A full replacement will only be provided for carafes that are demonstrably leaking or damaged (e.g. a broken handle)
  • In the case of minor defects, we will send you suitable replacement parts

*Replacement details: In the event of minor faults, we reserve the right to send only the relevant spare parts to restore your carafe to full working order.

Only one carafe per transaction is permitted per customer.

The flat-rate delivery charge of €6.90 for the replacement applies even for orders over €70.
