Cancelling subscriptions and long-term contracts
Have you taken out a subscription or another long-term contract with us and would like to cancel it? On this page, you can find out how to cancel quickly and easily.
1. Cancelling online (Section 312k of the German Civil Code (BGB))
The easiest way to cancel is via our cancellation button. You do not need to log in to do this. Click on the button below, fill in the form and submit it:
In the form, enter your name, your email address and your order or contract number, and select the type of termination (ordinary or extraordinary). Once you have submitted the form, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email, stating the date and time.
2. Other waysto cancel
You can, of course, also cancel informally:

Please also include your name and your order or contract number so that we can clearly identify your cancellation.
3. Minimumtermand effect of cancellation
Our subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months (equivalent to 2 deliveries). You may cancel at any time:
- If you give notice of cancellation during the minimum term, it will take effect at the end of that minimum term.
-Once the minimum term has expired, the subscription continues indefinitely and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the next delivery date. There is no automatic renewal for a fixed period.
We will confirm the exact termination date once we have received your notice of cancellation.
4. Early cancellation of discounted subscriptions
If a subscription taken out at a discounted rate is cancelled before the second delivery is received, we reserve the right to charge the difference between the subscription price and the standard price for the deliveries already received. We will inform you transparently of any costs involved.
5. Difference from the rightof withdrawal
Cancellation terminates a current subscription with effect from the future. This is to be distinguished from the statutory right of withdrawal, which allows you to cancel a purchase within 14 days. For filter cartridges and similar hygiene products, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the seal has been broken or the filter has come into contact with water.
