Postage costs
- Germany: €3.80 flat-rate delivery charge up to 5 kg (regardless of quantity, size or weight)
- EU countries: €6.90 flat-rate delivery via DHL
- Worldwide delivery: From €19.90
- Collect in-store: Free of charge. You will be notified by email as soon as your goods are ready for collection.
All delivery charges include taxes and duties.
Delivery times
- Germany: 3–6 working days after the contract is concluded or after receipt of payment in the case of prepayment
- Other EU countries: 5–8 working days after the contract is concluded or after receipt of payment in the case of prepayment
- Direct delivery by our partners outside the EU: 12–21 days, depending on customs clearance times. You will receive a tracking number to track your parcel.
Important note: No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. Orders containing items with different delivery times will be dispatched together – the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
Start of the delivery period
The delivery period begins:
- for payment in advance: on the day after you instruct your bank to make the payment
- for other payment methods: on the day after the contract is concluded
and ends at the close of the last day of the period. If this falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the end of the period is postponed to the next working day.
Packaging and delivery
Parcels are usually dispatched via DHL two days after receipt of payment and delivered with a tracking link – no signature required. If you would prefer delivery via UPS by registered post, please contact us in advance. In this case, additional costs will apply.
