Our warming plasters offer a simple and effective way to apply localised heat in everyday life. The heat provided can help to gently relax tense areas such as the neck, shoulders, back or joints, and provide a soothing sensation on the skin.
Material and properties
The backing material consists of an elastic, stretchy fabric. Thanks to integrated micro-perforations, the skin beneath the patch remains breathable. The patch moulds flexibly to moving parts of the body such as the knees or wrists.

Instructions for use
- Clean the desired area of skin thoroughly with warm water and dry it.
- Open the packet and peel off the protective film/release paper from the plaster.
- Gently stick the plaster onto the desired area with the adhesive side facing the skin.
- If skin irritation or discomfort occurs, remove the plaster immediately.
• For external use only on intact, healthy skin. Do not apply to open wounds, irritated skin or mucous membranes.
• People with sensitive skin or known skin allergies should test the plaster on a small area of skin beforehand to check for any adverse reactions.
• If you are pregnant or have an existing skin condition, consult your doctor before use.
