A little evening ritual for your feet

After a long day on their feet, many people like to give their feet a bit of attention. That’s what the Vital plasters are for: you stick them under the soles of your feet in the evening, wear them overnight and remove them again in the morning. They’re easy to use and require no preparation.

Three varieties to choose from

• Bamboo – with bamboo vinegar, a fresh, green scent
• Ginger – with ginger extract, a warm, spicy scent
• Lavender – with lavender, a floral, soothing scent

How to use the patches

1. Wash your feet thoroughly and dry them well.
2. Place a pad in the centre of the adhesive side of an adhesive film.
3. Stick the film with the pad onto the sole of your foot. Repeat for the other foot.
4. Wear the patches overnight, for around 6–8 hours.
5. Remove them in the morning and wash your feet.

You will need two pads per evening, one for each foot. One pack is enough for 7 evenings.

Good to know

The pads absorb moisture from the skin overnight. This may cause them to change colour in the morning. This is normal and does not indicate any particular effect.

Instructions for use

• For external use only.
• Do not use on broken, irritated or inflamed skin.
• If skin irritation occurs, remove the patch immediately and stop using the product.
• Do not use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding.
• Not suitable for children. Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
